These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and RedditMade ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using any of our services, including but not limited to subreddit creation, content seeding, community management, and any consulting or advisory services, you unconditionally accept these Terms.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, and any other parties who access or use our services. We reserve the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at our sole discretion. Continued use of our services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

The specific scope of services delivered to each client is governed by the applicable service agreement or statement of work ("SOW"). In the event of any conflict between a SOW and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise in the SOW.
RedditMade reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.
Reddit operates using proprietary algorithms, content ranking systems, and community moderation policies that are entirely outside RedditMade's control. These systems change frequently and without notice. Our services are designed to improve a client's probability of generating organic leads through Reddit, but no guaranteed outcome can be promised or warranted.
Any results, timelines, or outcome estimates referenced on our website, in proposals, or in any communications represent historical performance or realistic projections only. They do not constitute guarantees of future performance. Actual results will vary based on factors including category competitiveness, subreddit engagement levels, Reddit platform changes, and client responsiveness.
All fees are due and payable in accordance with the payment schedule set forth in the applicable SOW or invoice. Unless otherwise specified, the one-time service fee is due in full before work begins. RedditMade reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at a rate of 1.5% per month from the due date until actual payment.
All fees paid to RedditMade are non-refundable. This includes fees for subreddit setup, content creation, community management, and any advisory services. Once a service has commenced, which we consider to be upon kickoff call or commencement of any work, no refunds will be issued regardless of outcome or client satisfaction.
RedditMade reserves the right to change its pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect active engagements under a signed SOW but will apply to new engagements.
All methodologies, frameworks, processes, tools, templates, and know-how developed by or for RedditMade remain the exclusive intellectual property of RedditMade. Nothing in these Terms or any SOW transfers ownership of RedditMade's proprietary methodologies to the client.
Upon receipt of full payment, RedditMade grants the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the specific deliverables produced for the client. This license does not extend to RedditMade's underlying methodologies or systems.
RedditMade retains the right to use anonymized, aggregated versions of client data and results for internal research, benchmarking, and marketing purposes, provided that no client-identifying information is disclosed without prior consent.
The client is solely responsible for all materials, information, brand assets, and content provided to RedditMade in connection with the services. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to provide such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any applicable law or platform policy.
By providing content, you grant RedditMade a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the content solely for delivering the services.
The client agrees to cooperate reasonably with RedditMade's requests for information, approvals, and materials in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client may result in timeline extensions without refund or compensation.
Each party agrees to hold the other's confidential information in strict confidence and not to disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, was known before disclosure, is independently developed, or is required to be disclosed by law.
RedditMade's methodologies, strategies, and internal processes are confidential and may not be disclosed, reproduced, or reverse-engineered by the client.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REDDITMADE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY.
IN ALL CASES, REDDITMADE'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RedditMade and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of your use of the services, breach of these Terms, violation of any applicable law, or any client content you provide.
RedditMade may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms or non-payment.
Clients may terminate a paid engagement by providing written notice, subject to the terms of the applicable SOW. Termination by the client does not entitle the client to any refund of fees paid or relief from fees owed for work already commenced.
Upon termination, all licenses granted to the client under these Terms cease immediately.
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally through good-faith negotiations for thirty (30) days.
If the dispute is not resolved informally, any and all disputes shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
YOU AND REDDITMADE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR COLLECTIVE PROCEEDING.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
These Terms, together with any applicable SOW and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RedditMade with respect to the services.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver.
You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. RedditMade may freely assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
